Mr. Klebe Bio
I grew up in San Diego surfing, wrestling, and doing martial arts. After high school, I went to California Western University and got my degree in Psychology and a minor in Modern Poetry. After graduation, I went and joined the Marine Corp and served for five years. After that, I went back to school at Cal-State San Marcos and got another degree in Social Science with a minor in U.S. History. I then moved on and taught history and coached wrestling at a local San Diego high school. While teaching in San Diego, I married my wife Jamie, who is also a teacher/councilor. I taught there for five years and then found my way to Michigan where I taught and coached for thirteen years. I taught U.S. History to eighth grade and coached Softball, Football, and Wrestling and was also a snowboard instructor. While there, Jamie and I had a son, Collin. I got my Masters degree at University of Michigan in Economic Social Theory. We then moved back to the West Coast where Jamie and I both work for the Warrenton-Hammond School District. Iām currently teaching high school level history and Jamie is a middle school councilor. I coach wrestling and spend as much time as possible surfing, snowboarding, and skating vert with my family. My son, Collin, is presently a student at WHS.
